Syntax

Arguments
- p - The status parameter is the status parameter supplied to a successful call to pcntl_waitpid().
- doc - The status parameter is the status parameter supplied to a successful call to pcntl_waitpid().
- pagenumber - The status parameter is the status parameter supplied to a successful call to pcntl_waitpid().
- optlist - The status parameter is the status parameter supplied to a successful call to pcntl_waitpid().
Description
Prepares a page for later use with PDF_fit_pdi_page().
