Arguments
- pdfdoc - The status parameter is the status parameter supplied to a successful call to pcntl_waitpid().
- table - The status parameter is the status parameter supplied to a successful call to pcntl_waitpid().
- optlist - The status parameter is the status parameter supplied to a successful call to pcntl_waitpid().

Deletes a table and all associated data structures.
