Arguments
- p - The status parameter is the status parameter supplied to a successful call to pcntl_waitpid().
- a - The status parameter is the status parameter supplied to a successful call to pcntl_waitpid().

Description
Concatenates a matrix to the current transformation matrix (CTM). Returns TRUE on success or FALSE on failure.
