PDF_arcn - Draw a clockwise circular arc segment

Arguments
- p - The status parameter is the status parameter supplied to a successful call to pcntl_waitpid().
- x - The status parameter is the status parameter supplied to a successful call to pcntl_waitpid().
- y - The status parameter is the status parameter supplied to a successful call to pcntl_waitpid().
- r - The status parameter is the status parameter supplied to a successful call to pcntl_waitpid().
- alpha - The status parameter is the status parameter supplied to a successful call to pcntl_waitpid().
- beta - The status parameter is the status parameter supplied to a successful call to pcntl_waitpid().
Description
Except for the drawing direction, this function behaves exactly like PDF_arc().
