Free speech. Commercial freedom of speech is being limited by Danish government who demand that portals remove their sponsored links to foreign gamble and casino sites. The portals are not allowed to refer users to sites such as www.entercasino.com and www.prestigecasino.com. Paradoxically, the portals are allow to display bookmaker phone and fax numbers in their ads. The arbitrary rule seems to be: The easier to use, the more illegal.
I guess the socialist-ruled government wants to protect their market share and tax revenues in the gambling industry. Bottom-line: Defending free speech remains relevant.
