Boxman.com suspends payments

Music reseller Boxman.com has suspended its payments and is close to bankruptcy. The company is among the largest online music sellers in Europe. In my usability review of Boxman.com two weeks ago, I pointed out that the site suffered from several usability problems, including:
- Site search is the only way to find products, yet search results are of poor quality.
- Product page URLs are hard to bookmark and email to a friend due to frames.
- Content is not visible enough on product pages.
